Gary brings over 30 years of experience in a wide variety of senior level executive management positions for three major U.S. corporations, including Division President for a NYSE company. Gary has provided strategic planning and transition support for corporate acquisitions and divestitures. He holds a BSIE from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of Iowa. He has served as Chairman of the Small business Advisory Council for the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce, is a member of the Advisory Board and Adjunct Faculty for Webster University, Ozarks Regional Campus, is a member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) & M & A Source, is a licensed broker with the Missouri and Arkansas Real Estate Commission, and a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI).

Chuck Woolley
Charles (Chuck) L. Woolley

Chuck has over 30 years of general management experience with fortune 500 companies. He has served in senior executive level positions for two world-wide consumer products companies. He has served as Board Member, President, and CEO of various companies. Chuck is an active member of the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce, International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and M & A Source. He is also a licensed broker with the Missouri and Arkansas Real Estate Commission and a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) and a Merger & Acquisition Master Intermediary (M & AMI).

Chuck Crosby
Charles (Chuck) L. Crosby

A specialist in the petroleum industry, Chuck has both worked for himself as an owner of high volume petroleum dealerships and also served as a top executive for several major oil companies. A long-time partner in The Kingsley Group, Chuck calls himself “semi-retired”, though he is often consulted on numerous intricate issues involving different acquisitions and divestitures. His twenty plus years of experience as a Business Broker and a licensed Broker with the Missouri Real Estate Commission make him an invaluable resource of wisdom and clarity for both his clients and his company.

Scott Axon
Scott T. Axon

Scott has been a Merger and Acquisition Manager and Business Broker professional for over a decade and is an International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) Certified Business Intermediary (CBI). Prior to being a broker he owned two technology firms; the first was sold to a Boston investment banking group as part of a NASDAQ IPO. The second, an off shore software development company based in Tegucigalpa Honduras, was sold to an international consulting firm. Scott is also an active director of a national restaurant franchisor where he heads up franchise development and investment funding.

Wayne A. Scheer, Associate

Wayne is a much respected Associate of this firm with a long and prestigious background in the steel industries. Wayne’s entrepreneurial nature is reflected in his past personal ownership of ten (10) different businesses, all of which enjoyed positive growth under his leadership. Additionally, Wayne served as Division President of one of the largest flat-rolled steel distributors. He spent time as the COO and Director of a large NYSE firm. Still actively involved as a real estate investor and developer, Wayne is also a shareholder and Bank Director of the #1 SBA lenders in Southwest Missouri.

John Boustead
John Boustead

Like other members of our team, John is a former owner of multiple businesses, making it easy for him to empathize with his clients, whether they’re buying or selling a business. John is seasoned in the business world and spent several years in education and health care. His background with Fortune 500 companies like Hospital Corporation of America, Herman Miller and Fisher Scientific International, Inc. adds a depth of practical knowledge that, when partnered with his sales, marketing, finance, product development, operational, manufacturing and international commerce experiences, makes him particularly well suited to put business buyers and sellers together.

Tim Gregory
Tim Gregory

Serving in various operational and administrative positions from entry level to Vice President, Tim has over 25 years of business experience primarily with closely held family businesses in the printing and graphics arts industry. His experience includes accounting, manufacturing, IT management and director of sales and marketing. Tim has also served on various boards and committees of non-profit charitable foundations and organizations. Tim is a member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and is a licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Missouri.
